HOW IT WORKS

  1. You apply for the loan through a website provided by your Compass realtor. After providing necessary information, they will promptly review and either approve or deny your loan within a short period.
  2. Once you have been approved, you and your agent work together to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work. The services include, but are not limited to:

    • Carpet cleaning & replacement
    • Staging
    • Deep cleaning
    • Decluttering
    • Cosmetic renovations
    • Landscaping
    • Interior & exterior painting

    • Roofing repair
    • Moving & storage
