We could not have asked for a better realtor than Melissa. She helped us from start to finish in both the home-buying and home-selling process. She is such a hard-working and organized realtor that she took a lot of the pressure and worry off the table, and let us actually enjoy the process. Due to Covid, we did not drive around with her to various open houses, rather we would typically set a 4-5 hour period and see several houses. Each of those times she was so well prepared, with all of the backgrounds on the houses, the times and locations, and the specific routes mapped out, and all sent to us in PDF via text message the night before. She was always there before we arrived and was able to answer 90% of our many questions, and any she couldn’t answer immediately she would have by the next day. She exceeded our expectations throughout the search. In the end, we probably saw 35-40 homes, including going back to a few of them 3 or 4 times. Melissa was always extremely patient and willing to drive 45+ minutes each way just to see a home for 10 minutes, always with a smile on her face, a sharp eye for detail, and a friendly approach that we actually had fun with house hunting. When it came time to make an offer, again she was excellent. She coached us through the offer process from start to finish. While she gave her honest input and experience, if we wanted to go a different direction she was right there with us and we knew she had our back and supported our decisions fully. I really don’t think that we would have gotten this house without her on our side, and we are so grateful that we did. Finally, on the sell side, the results speak for themselves. We sold our condo in 3 days, over the asking price, near the record price for the complex. Her pricing strategy worked to perfection. Beyond that though she leveraged her team to make smart renovations that increased the home value and staging made it look incredibly beautiful and expedited the process. She is so hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, prepared, and dependable. If you are looking to buy or sell a home anywhere in Orange County we can not recommend Melissa enough.

Melissa was always available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed condo so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. They told me that going in and highlighting the concerns they had and the research they wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. They did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, and status of city and county inspections, and reviewed all the non-standard documents like what is GF Number that you get when you are buying new construction. The delivery of the information was straightforward: Present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They really treat the situation like they are purchasing the property they look out for you and have your best interests in mind.

This was the second home we purchased and we have spoken to multiple agents along the way. Our experience was phenomenal with Melissa. We were out-of-town buyers and she went above and beyond to make sure we got to visit as many houses as we could during our short visits, including even seeing homes prior to actual MLS listings. She never pushed us to make decisions we may regret and do a great job of being objective about each home we visited. Although we plan to stay in our home for the foreseeable future, if we ever decide to sell and buy a new one, we would 100% choose Melissa again.
